Grandma always made you feel she had been waiting to see just you all day and now the day was complete. She taught me to have patience. I love you!!! -Brittany Hastings Gran gave me a love of reading and history when she would visit us up in Erie I remember just sitting with her a reading together for hours.- Julie Pierce Gran showed me the true meaning of love. She was a mentor in teaching me how to be a better person to my family and friends. She believed in keeping our family close, and many times was the glue that kept us all together. I am proud to call her not only my grandmother, but also my friend. I feel her legacy will live on with everyone she has met along her journey in life. We are all lucky to have known her. - Maureen Goldhorn Gran wouldn't visit us that often but whenever she did i remember playing cards with her non-stop. It was fun playing with her because she taught me new games and I didn't have to worry about her cheating. - Marie Hastings We are sorry we didn't get to know you but we know that you love us. - Kate and Will Ingelsby Gran always reminded me to relax, be patient, and to look for the positive in all things. There's no use complaining when things don't go your way. As Gran so often said, "Nobody wants to hear it anyway." I soon discovered she was right. But most of all Gran taught me to always believe in myself. -Colleen Ingelsby
