Grandma always made you feel she had been waiting to see just you all day and now the day was complete. She taught me to have patience. I love you!!! -Brittany Hastings Gran gave me a love of reading and history when she would visit us up in Erie I remember just sitting with her a reading together for hours.- Julie Pierce Gran showed me the true meaning of love. She was a mentor in teaching me how to be a better person to my family and friends. She believed in keeping our family close, and many times was the glue that kept us all together. I am proud to call her not only my grandmother, but also my friend. I feel her legacy will live on with everyone she has met along her journey in life.
